HORIZANT Extended-Release Tablets containing 300 mg of gabapentin enacarbil are white to off-white, with occasional black/grey spots, oval-shaped tablets debossed with "GS TF7". Each HORIZANT Extended-Release Tablet contains 366 300 mg or 600 mg of gabapentin enacarbil and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal 367 silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, glyceryl behenate, magnesium stearate, 368 sodium lauryl sulfate, and talc. Gralise (gabapentin) is an extended-release form of gabapentin, which means that the medication gets slowly released into the body from the tablet. Gralise (gabapentin) is taken by mouth once in the evening with food. The dosage is typically started low and slowly raised over a couple weeks.
