Hey everyone For many years if suffered from chronic pain due to endo/adeno. I went to a pain specialist and she recommended 100mg Gabapentin morning and night. I haven’t experienced any bad side effects, other than a little blurry vision and dizziness, but no relief from pain yet. (Been on it a week) Does anyone have any similar experiences with this ? Everything I’ve read about gabapentin and heard anecdotally is that it doesn’t help and the side effects are absolutely horrific. Diazepam and Gabapentin has potential analgesic benefits in patients with neuropathic pain, such as post-herpetic neuralgia and diabetic peripheral neuropathy neuropathic pain. However, its efficacy in women with chronic pelvic pain (CPP) remains contradictory. Gabapentin is quite safe and for most people has little side effects is what I’ve been told by doctors in three countries. I have atypical migraines around my cycle that also cause numbness and tingling down limbs etc. Has anyone else used gabapentin and had side effects from it?
