Age:18 Female Migraines all my life So, hi I finally went to see a neurologist and we tried the drug propranolol at first 40 mg two times a day. Helped a little so we up it to three times a day but my bp was too low 80/60 so we are stopping it. Now she wants to try gabapentin at 100 mg once at bedtime to start out with.
