Who’s been prescribed Buspar for panic attacks and what was your success with it? The new idiot at the VA wants to prescribe Buspar and an SSRI for occasional anxiety attacks. From my understanding Buspar is not a medication that works quickly nor did the doctor seem to understand when I told him I won’t take any SSRI. I was going to a private practice that prescribed me Xanax as needed I wanted to stop taking gabapentin cold turkey after lots of research. I’ve been having bad headaches, major irritability and terrible mood swings. I’m going to speak with my doctor next week but haven’t been able to fully stop taking at least 300mg. I was never informed about tapering down. I take a lot of meds for mental health.
