Gabapentin is so much safer and is barely rewarding or addictive unlike many other medications we can prescribe. Sure you need to taper when stopping but that's true of many medications. Hi, I've taken Gabapentin for 10 plus years now. I always take 900-1200 mg and wait two hours for them to kick in. I've read about staggering. I'm interested in this to increase my high and how long it last. Does anyone have any tried and true advice? By taking gabapentin at this higher dosage, I believe, I suppressed my ANS from overreacting to sleep apnea events allowing me more restorative sleep.
